Yes. Recurring pet waste removal is available year-round. Many visits can still be completed in light rain. If severe weather makes service unsafe or impractical, we’ll contact you and adjust the schedule as soon as conditions allow.
We sanitize equipment and footwear between properties, follow your access instructions, secure the gate after service, and can include a gate photo with your completion update. Our service team members are carefully vetted.
Your quote is based on factors such as the number of dogs, yard size and layout, service frequency, access, and any initial buildup. We confirm your quote before service begins.

We collect and double-bag the pet waste after each cleanup. By default, the bag is placed in your trash bin. If haul-away or another disposal arrangement applies to your service, we’ll confirm that with you in advance.
Sometimes. Friendly dogs may be able to stay outside if the setup is safe, but we ask that protective, anxious, reactive, or aggressive dogs be secured during service. If a visit can’t be completed safely, we’ll let you know.
You can request a preferred service day, and we’ll confirm what is available for your route. Because traffic, weather, and each property can affect timing, we don’t guarantee an exact arrival time. We do send on-the-way and completion notifications.
