Quick answers to the questions pet parents ask most before starting service.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard and your dog is secured away from the service area, you do not need to be home. We’ll send on-the-way and completion notifications.
Can my dog stay outside during service?
For everyone’s safety, please keep your dog inside or securely separated from the service area while we’re in the yard. This also helps prevent accidental escapes while gates are being opened and closed.
What happens if severe weather prevents service?
If severe weather makes service unsafe or impractical, we’ll contact you and let you know. We’ll plan to service your yard on the following business day, or as soon as conditions clear.
What happens if you can’t access my yard?
We’ll send you a notice that we were unable to access the yard. We’ll do our best to return the next business day when route scheduling allows. If we can’t, we’ll service the yard on your next scheduled service day.
What happens to the waste?
By default, pet waste is double-bagged and placed in your trash bin. Haul-away can be arranged separately when needed.
